A gym that Sussex opened in Horsham, West Sussex for their patients is open to the elderly population of Horsham. The facility features state of the art equipment and a staff educated in therapy for musculoskeletal, respiratory, and neurological disorders.
Besides a sterling reputation for caring for those with physical and mental disabilities, and the terminally ill Sussex’s Healthcare’s devotion to those it shelters and treats have garnered Sussex multiple awards. In December of 2017, Amanda Morgan Taylor was appointed to the post of Sussex Healthcare’s Chief Executive Officer. Her title became official in January of this year. Amanda is eager to begin working with the entire Sussex staff.
Prior to assuming the helm, Amanda familiarized herself with every aspect of Sussex Healthcare’s operation. One of her first duties was working with the Senior Management Team to hire a Director of Quality, Compliance and Service Improvement.
In 1984 Amanda Morgan-Taylor began her working life as a Mental Health Nurse. Over the years she has gained experience in stakeholder relations and is skilled in addressing operational challenges.
Having been employed by both Amanda understands the working relationship between local authorities and private healthcare providers. With her experience as a Managing Director, Service Manager, and Quality Development Director Amanda is just the person to work with the Senior Management Team to guide Sussex Healthcare to an even greater reputation for care.
